HOW TO USE:

Mixing with Other Substances: Combine your essential oil(s) with water, perfumer’s alcohol, or cold pressed oils. Use only a few drops, as a little goes a long way. You can incorporate the oil into your hair and skin care products.

Creating a Personalised Blend: To make a unique blend for skin or hair application, add 5 drops of your essential oil to half a cup of fractionated coconut oil or another preferred carrier oil. Thoroughly mix the oils together before use.

Diffusing: To diffuse the oil, add 5-10 drops to your diffuser. It is recommended to add some water to the mixture before diffusing.

Topical Application: If you are not allergic to the plant, you can massage a few drops of the oil directly onto your skin to experience its aromatherapy benefits. Alternatively, you can add the oil to your massage oil.

HOW TO STORE:

Too much heat or sunlight can have a detrimental effect on essential oils. These factors can alter the chemical composition of the oils, thereby compromising their quality. To ensure that essential oils maintain their optimal lifespan, it is advisable to keep them in the original amber glass bottles they come in. Store in a cool environment, though it is not necessary to refrigerate them. Lastly, they should be kept in a dark location to minimize exposure to light. By adhering to these storage guidelines, you can effectively preserve the quality and integrity of your essential oil(s).

CAUTION:

Please note that not all plants are safe for consumption, even if they are considered food grade. We strongly advise against swallowing this product. If you choose to consume this oil, it is advisable to seek guidance from your physician beforehand.

Ensure you are not allergic to the plant type before use. 

Because of their potent nature, always blend essential oils with either water, carrier oil(s) or other liquids.

Some plants may be harmful to house pets, therefore consult a veterinarian for advice before burning the oil around them. 

Children under the age of 5 should not handle product without adult supervision. If this product should enter eye(s), rinse thoroughly with warm water and visit an optician.

Prices for all products are set by the relevant local affiliate and will be shown in your local currency in line with the currency selected by the local affiliate.

The price of your order will be quoted including taxes depending on your address.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of items. The shipping costs will be added at the checkout and will be indicated as a separate charge on your order form.

Prices on the site may be modified at any time and without notice.

The price on the site at the time of ordering will apply to your order unless there is an error or inaccuracy or typographical error in a price, in which case we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing information. You would be notified of any such decision.

MORE ON SHIPPING

We accept orders worldwide. We always ship your order as soon as possible. For most of the year, orders are normally shipped next business day except for expedited order which ships same day, provided the order is placed before 16:00 GMT. During busy times of the year (September - December), shipping times may be 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience and are constantly working to reduce our shipping lead times.

Orders will be shipped via either Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, or ground carriers.

Shipping charges on online orders are estimated based on product weight and your shipping location. If the actual shipping weight varies, you will be contacted to approve the change before we ship your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@itbogreen.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the senders address on the original shipping label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised goods such as orders created as gifts with some personalisation. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
